Your identifying (name, date of birth, place of birth, time of birth, email address, phone number, home address, etc.), personal (the nature of your sessions, your familial dynamics, your work life, etc.), and emotional (your mental health status, feelings about your marriage, etc.) information will not be shared without your explicit, written consent, except in the following situations:

• You are a harm to yourself or others.

• There has been suspected abuse of a child, elder, or protected population.

• You have a duty to warn someone of intended harm.

• A court-ordered subpoena is requested for information or records.

• For payment purposes, such as providing records to an insurance company.

My overarching policy is to be compassionate and understanding without sacrificing my own ability to make ends meet in the real world. Throughout my services, it is required that I take time, make effort, and put my heart into ensuring that your needs and wishes are fulfilled. Many of my services require hours of preparation before I can serve you, which is valuable and deserves compensation.

I have differing cancellation policies for each of our services.

Coaching Services

If you have reserved a space in any of the group coaching programs, but would like to cancel your reservation, you will receive:

Full Refund: 2 weeks or more before the first session.

50% Refund: 1 week or more before the first session.

25% Refund: 48 hours or more before the first session.

0% Refund: within 48 hours of the first session.

If you are in the middle of a program and need to cancel all remaining sessions, you will be refunded:

Full Refund: Cancel Remaining Sessions 1 Week Prior (All Completed Sessions are Nonrefundable)

Partial Refund: Cancel Remaining Sessions Less than 1 Week Prior (All Sessions Scheduled within 1 Week of Cancellation are Nonrefundable)

If you need to cancel 1 session for any reason:

Full Refund: Cancel 48+ Hours Prior

50% Refund: Cancel within Less than 48 Hours

If you are unhappy with your session, we ask that you send your complaints to us directly and we will discuss retribution.

If we have to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund for the session missed.

Hannah Tallulah reserves the right to refuse services. In such a case, you will be refunded for all remaining sessions.

I offer multiple platforms for receiving services, including a live video call, video recording, voice recording, and written reading. I am happy to make accommodations, adjust services, and deepen our competency for clients with different accessibility needs.
